• Manage the team lead’s calendar and appointments
• Oversee the team’s master schedule
• Create listing presentations and Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs)
• Reconcile financial records and generate expense reports
• Organize and address the team lead’s communications
• Sort and distribute incoming mail
• Coordinate and execute all marketing mailings
• Answer phone calls and manage client inquiries and complaints
• Maintain office supplies, equipment, and software
• Facilitate PLACE Operations onboarding and provide ongoing support
• Participate in weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
• Handle transaction and listing management tasks
