Hello! The Ben Kinney Team is expanding across Washington State, and we are looking for representatives to help with our many buyer and seller leads to provide better coverage for our clients.

If you do not currently have a real estate license, we'll send you info on both what a career in real estate can look like and an overview of the licensing process. Please do not apply unless you understand, this is a commission-only reward career opportunity.

The Ben Kinney Team with PLACE has a proven path and will provide you with the models, systems, tools, coaching, training and accountability that ensure success. You will start as a sales professional, but end with incredible opportunity and having build a financial future.

• Learn how to maximize where buyers & sellers are found
• Conduct two open houses monthly 
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice with the team virtually
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
• Track activities and clients with our PLACE Technology

$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
