Responsibilities

  • Assemble buyer welcome bags and listing information packets.
  • Install listing signs at properties.
  • Aid in creating marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and online advertisements.
  • Handle various errands as needed.
  • Work closely with agents, brokers, and other team members to support overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate on special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality guidelines in all interactions and transactions.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong interest in the real estate industry and a desire to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Basic understanding of real estate principles and practices is a plus
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if necessary

Compensation

$13.00 - $15.00 USD Hourly
