Your Opportunity
As a Real Estate Marketing & Lead Generation Administrator, you will play a crucial role in elevating our real estate brand and driving its success. You will be responsible for managing and implementing a variety of marketing initiatives designed to enhance our brand's visibility and reputation. Your efforts will be pivotal in generating high-quality leads for our team of agents. This position involves crafting and executing strategic marketing plans that align with our business goals. You will ensure that all marketing efforts maintain brand consistency across various platforms and channels. Additionally, you will lead and innovate in the area of lead generation activities, employing creative strategies to attract and engage potential clients.
Responsibilities
Brand Management:
- Craft and maintain a strong, cohesive brand identity tailored to the real estate industry.
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications consistently reflect the brand's established guidelines.
- Monitor and protect the brand's reputation within the market.
Marketing Strategy:
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to increase client interaction.
- Identify target audiences and create marketing campaigns/events that effectively engage them.
- Execute marketing initiatives across various channels, including digital, print, local events, and social media platforms.
Lead Generation:
- Implement lead generation strategies to identify and nurture potential clients.
- Utilize digital marketing tools, social media, email campaigns, and other methods to attract leads.
- Track lead conversion rates and refine lead generation techniques for maximum effectiveness.
Content Creation:
- Create engaging and informative content, such as blog posts, social media updates, and videos.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Apply SEO best practices to boost online visibility and reach.
Data Analysis:
- Evaluate marketing performance metrics and prepare detailed reports.
- Use data insights to refine marketing strategies and improve lead generation efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and sustain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
- Provide outstanding customer service and address client inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Anticipate client needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Regularly engage with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Foster long-term client loyalty by creating programs with consistent communication and personalized service.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in real estate marketing and lead generation is highly desirable.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
Compensation
$40,000 - $55,000 USD Yearly
