Your Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated individual who can take ownership of managing the Operator’s schedule, communications, and day-to-day tasks. This role requires someone proactive, who can anticipate needs and priorities, and isn't afraid to speak up when focus is needed. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is passionate about customer service, and enjoys creating streamlined systems and memorable client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Maintain all systems for delivering excellent internal and external customer service, social media presence, client care systems including, events, and referrals.
- Provide a world-class experience for clients and sphere through phone, email, and text on behalf of the Operator through contract and beyond.
- Manage the team’s social media presence by creating engaging content, posting regularly, and monitoring engagement.
- Support the growth efforts through posting recruiting ads, calling agent recruits, and scheduling appointments for the Operator.
- Plan and execute multiple events per year for clients that are done at a high level to drive business referrals.
- Ensure all team receipts are obtained and submitted through the accounting system, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Provide general administrative support.

- Self-motivated
- Owning projects once asked to do them and following up with status updates
- Have a “do whatever it takes” mentality
- Follow a current process as well as improving them and create new processes
- Proactive vs. reactive
Other Details:
- 4 days a week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and some weekend hours
- 20 hour work week

Compensation
$17.00 - $19.00 USD Hourly
