Responsibilities
- Identify and attract top talent by utilizing various recruitment methods including social media, job boards, our CRM system and networking events.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the KW Downtown/West Seattle team.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry contacts, and educational institutions to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with current team and agents to understand the office dynamic, growing teams and their own recruiting needs for their growth.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to coach and effectively lead your agents in growing their businesses.
- Coach and train your top agents to build their current businesses as well as having consultative conversations with recruits around their own business objectives.
- Run weekly sales meetings that offer valuable information on market trends and business strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate roles and industry-specific requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
- Proficient in using CRM softwares and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
Compensation
$84,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
