Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Northern Wisconsin, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends, property values, and neighborhood developments.
- Prepare and present property listings by creating compelling descriptions and utilizing professional photography to attract potential buyers.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while maintaining compliance with legal requirements.
- Coordinate property showings and open houses, providing potential buyers with detailed information and answering any questions they may have.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals to expand your network and generate referrals.
- Utilize CRM software to manage client information, track leads, and follow up on potential opportunities effectively.
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin Real Estate License or ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in the Northern Wisconsin area.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and community developments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and other real estate professionals.
- Proficient in using real estate software and technology tools, including MLS systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to meeting client needs and building long-term relationships.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Northern Wisconsin region.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in all business dealings.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules.
Compensation
$50,001 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
