Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
- Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding suitable homes
- Deliver comprehensive written feedback to help clients adjust their search criteria
- Draft and negotiate offers for the sales agent and clients
- Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation
- Engage in weekly script practice as per team guidelines
- Take part in team events according to team standards
- Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology

- High school diploma
- MUST Possess a real estate license
Compensation
$75,000 - $148,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
