• Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
• Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding their ideal homes
• Offer comprehensive written feedback to help clients fine-tune their home search criteria
• Draft and negotiate offers for sales agents and their clients
• Dedicate at least 10 hours each week to lead generation
• Engage in weekly script practice as per team guidelines
• Join in team activities according to team standards
• Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology

$25,000 - $45,000 USD Yearly
