Become a key member of Michigan Living Realty’s dynamic team as a Real Estate Showing Specialist! Located in the lively community of Royal Oak, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding real estate services. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through their home buying experience by presenting properties and crafting unforgettable moments. This position provides a fantastic chance to thrive in a fast-moving environment, connect with a wide range of clients, and support the growth of our real estate team. • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

$40,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
