We are seeking a motivated and reliable Part-Time Real Estate Runner to support our real estate team by placing and retrieving signs and lockboxes at various properties as well as picking up and delivering items between our various offices  or other nearby locations. This role averages 3-4 hours per day. This role is essential in helping us effectively market our listings and maintain our brand presence in the community.

• Sign Placement: Install real estate signs and lockboxes (for sale, open house, etc.) at designated properties according to specific guidelines.
• Sign Retrieval: Collect and store signs after events or when properties are no longer listed.
• Maintenance: Ensure signs are clean, well-maintained, and free from damage.
• Communication: Coordinate with the real estate team to understand placement needs and schedules.
• Transportation: Safely transport signs and lockboxes to and from properties using a company provided vehicle.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of placements and retrievals.

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic understanding of real estate practices is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to lift and carry signs (typically up to 25 pounds).
• Must be able to pass a drug test.

$15.00 - $20.00 USD Hourly
