Responsibilities

  • Conduct property market analysis to identify trends, pricing, and potential opportunities for clients.
  • Assist clients in buying and selling properties ensuring a seamless transaction process from start to finish.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, including real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
  • Prepare and present detailed property listings and marketing materials to attract potential buyers and tenants.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Stay updated on local real estate laws and regulations to provide accurate advice and guidance to clients.
  • Coordinate property showings and open houses, providing clients with comprehensive tours and information.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales or property management
  • Proven track record of successful real estate transactions
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficient in real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid real estate license in the state of South Carolina
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service

Compensation

$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
