Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with realtors and real estate professionals to expand our network and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective strategies for increasing property listings and sales.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends, pricing, and competition in the Chicago area.
  • Organize and participate in networking events and open houses to promote The Saladino Sells Team and attract potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to realtors and clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the buying or selling process.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations to effectively showcase properties and services.
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Active real estate license in the state of Illinois
  • Proven experience as a real estate agent or realtor
  • Strong knowledge of the Chicago real estate market
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using real estate CRM software and MLS systems
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation

$80,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
