Become an integral part of The Beem Team as a Residential Luxury Specialist and make your mark in the upscale real estate sector. Located in Albany, OR, our team is committed to offering outstanding service and expert guidance to clients in search of luxury residential properties. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in the luxury market to help clients discover their ideal homes, while fostering enduring relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This position provides the chance to collaborate with a vibrant team in a fast-paced, fulfilling environment where your talents and enthusiasm for luxury real estate will flourish.

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

$50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
