Join Our Team as a Real Estate Interior Designer

We are seeking a talented and meticulous Real Estate Interior Designer to become a part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our listing and sales teams to craft innovative, functional, and visually stunning interiors for residential properties. Your primary responsibility will be to design spaces that not only elevate the value and aesthetic allure of our properties but also align with client expectations and market trends.

• Design & Concept Development:
  • Create interior design concepts that align with the vision and goals of each project.
  • Design layouts, choose color schemes, materials, furniture, lighting, and decor to create inviting, functional spaces.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and real estate professionals to ensure design feasibility and optimal functionality.
• Project Coordination & Management:
  • Select and source materials, furnishings, and finishes, negotiating with suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure designs adhere to building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Client Interaction:
  • Work directly with real estate clients to understand their needs and preferences for interior spaces.
• Staging & Property Presentation:
  • Design and stage homes for sale to make them more appealing to potential buyers.
  • Physically make furniture arrangements, accessories, and art pieces to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Market Awareness & Trends:
  • Stay up-to-date on interior design trends, materials, and innovations.
  • Implement contemporary design trends to enhance the marketability of properties.

• 2+ years’ work experience 
• Interior Design experience
• ability to lift and move furniture
• Strong organizational skills and pays strict attention to details
• Proactive servant leader who is willing to do whatever it takes 
• Skilled at protecting time and resources of leaders and team members
• Exemplifies a team player who demonstrates extreme ownership 
• Strong positive and direct written and verbal communication skills  
• Creative problem solver who can follow existing processes and create new ones
• Experience with Google Apps for Business

$32,000 - $40,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
