• Hold a valid real estate license or be on your way to getting one – let us know if you're in the course of becoming a licensed legend!
• Graduate from PLACE Launch (upon being hired) - a training program that gets you into real estate production quickly!
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. $62,000 - $133,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
