This position offers:

• A comprehensive 86-day onboarding and Launch program that will equip you with the knowledge needed to succeed as an agent in today's market.
• Weekly one-on-one coaching sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads to build a robust pipeline and database using proven techniques and strategies.
• Provide expert guidance to buyers and sellers throughout the real estate transaction process.
• Engage in collaboration sessions and workshops to continuously enhance your skills.
• Show homes, draft offers, and negotiate contracts.

Compensation

$50,000 - $250,000 USD Annually
