• Utilize PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
• Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice and team-building activities
• Join weekly coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
• Guide sellers, obtain listings, and promote properties
• Demonstrate expertise in pricing, staging, and listing services
• Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers
• Document activities and client interactions using PLACE Technology
