• Consult with sellers & buyers, convert with signed agreements
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Use PLACE technology to grow your business
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Work with team agents to assist in growing their businesses
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

You have a deep understanding of real estate and excel in your role. You are driven to build a big business and want to learn to succeed through others. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You find value in helping others grow. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
• Production of over 24 units in the last 12 months.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent time management skills

$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
