Responsibilities

  • Graduate from MURPHY GROUP powered by / PLACE Launch
  • Execute MURPHY GROUP powered by PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in MURPHY GROUP powered by PLACE Technology
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Active real estate license
  • Minimum of 1 year of full-time real estate sales experience (or comparable transaction volume)
  • Proven ability to convert leads and close deals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-up habits
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and mobile apps
  • Self-accountable and able to manage time and tasks without constant supervision
  • Coachability and a growth mindset—open to training, feedback, and consistent improvement
  • Willingness to prospect, follow up, and engage with both buyer and seller leads
  • Team player mentality with a desire to contribute to a high-performance culture
  • Availability to work some evenings and weekends as needed for client appointments and open houses

Compensation

$75,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
