This high-performing individual is motivated to leverage advanced systems, streamlined processes, and top-tier training and coaching to elevate their career to the next level. • Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Proven track record as a Real Estate Agent in Lubbock, TX, with $1-4 million in annual sales.
• Active Texas real estate license and strong knowledge of the local market.
• Ambitious mindset with a clear goal to scale business and increase production by 30% or more.
• Willingness to adopt CRMs, automation tools, and digital marketing platforms.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Open to coaching, training, and implementing new systems to achieve exponential growth.
