Responsibilities

  • Training Completion: Successfully graduate from our Launch program to ensure you are fully prepared for your role.
  • Lead Generation: Implement team lead generation systems weekly to consistently build your client base.
  • Client Consultation + Representation: Engage with potential buyers and sellers, securing agreements and effectively converting consultations into actionable opportunities, and skillfully negotiate offers to ensure optimal outcomes for both buyers and sellers.
  • Task Management: Use team technology to meticulously track and manage tasks and activities.
  • Open Houses: Organize and conduct two open houses monthly to attract potential clients and showcase properties.
  • Lead Conversion: Transform lead generation and prospecting efforts into scheduled appointments through effective follow-ups.
  • Skill Development: Regularly participate in script practice and team activities to refine skills and adhere to team standards.
  • Ongoing Training and Coaching: Engage in weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, attend training sessions, and participate in Partner Calls to continuously enhance your professional skills.
  • Seller Consultation: Provide expert consultations to sellers, convert interactions into listings, and effectively market homes.
  • Expertise Demonstration: Apply expert knowledge in pricing strategies, home staging, and other listing-related services to maximize client satisfaction and sales success.

Qualifications

  • Professional Experience: Must be a licensed, NC real estate professional with a minimum of 3 years of real estate sales experience.
  • Motivation and Spirit: Intrinsically motivated with a competitive spirit, thriving in high-energy sales environments.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional at building rapport, actively listening, and effectively identifying and solving the needs of clients.
  • Sales Proficiency: Strong capabilities in prospecting, lead generation, and overcoming objections to secure client commitment.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and persuasive interactions.
  • Team Collaboration: A proactive team player who contributes positively to collective goals.
  • Growth Orientation: Learning-based and growth-minded, eager to continually enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and master scripts and dialogues as part of ongoing professional development.
  • Organization and Time Management: Highly organized with outstanding time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks.

Compensation

$70,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
