We are excited to welcome a Licensed Real Estate Agent to our expanding team. Due to a significant surge in leads, we are seeking a dedicated professional to help us navigate this growth. Many agents face obstacles such as generating leads, prospecting, managing time, marketing properties, and developing their business, often resulting in fewer than four home sales per year.

As one of the leading groups in Western Pennsylvania and across the state, we consistently close hundreds of home sales annually and are aiming for 400 sales this year with your help. We currently have more leads than we can handle. We offer comprehensive training to ensure your success and are proud to be affiliated with the #1 Team nationwide (Realtrends), Place.

• Assist with Showings of Top Producing Agents
• Be willing to work hard and learn
• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

We are looking for 1 person to fill a showing assistant role within our team. You must want to be successful and work hard. You will have the ability to grow into a full time agent within our growing team. You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships. You have a compelling desire to support others, while being committed to your growth in real estate and leadership skills.

$37,000 - $115,000 USD Yearly
