Responsibilities
- Training & Shadowing - Gain hands-on experience by learning from an expert agent through training and role-playing.
- Lead Generation - Enhance your skills by implementing our lead generation systems weekly.
- Open Houses - Host open houses using your friendly demeanor and our support to attract potential buyers and sellers.
- Communication - Develop relationship-building skills to turn conversations into appointments.
- Script Practice - Participate in weekly sessions to refine your script skills in a supportive environment.
- Team Collaboration - Engage in team activities that build camaraderie and a sense of belonging.
- Coaching & Training - Benefit from weekly coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls for shared learning.
- Buyer Consultation - Guide buyers through the home buying process with confidence using proven systems.
- Home Selection - Match clients with suitable homes and secure buyer agreements.
- Negotiation - Use effective scripts to negotiate favorable deals for clients.
- Support Services - Utilize our team to handle 75% of transaction tasks, easing your workload.
- Technology - Leverage advanced PLACE Technology to enhance client service and achieve personal goals.

Compensation
$50,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
