As a Licensed Showing Assistant on the Premier Home Team, you will:

• Receive training and guidance through PLACE New Agent Launch, coaching sessions, and team training.
• Collaborate with a motivated sales agent to assist clients in finding their dream homes.
• Utilize proven lead generation skills to convert leads into appointments.
• Provide exceptional customer service with cutting-edge technology.
• Host at least 2 Open Houses monthly.
• Have opportunities for advancement within a top-performing team.
