- Work with sales agents to guide their clients to homes

- Assist clients in viewing properties and facilitate an exceptional showing experience.

- Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and priorities.

- Coordinate with the team to schedule and manage property showings efficiently..

- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, Hangout and Partner Calls

Skills You Have: 

• People oriented and driven.
• Positive, happy attitude!
• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car and on the road
• Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
• Learning based personality.
• Ambitious with proven ability to succeed.
• High school graduate
• Valid Washington real estate license (License required to join the team, but not to apply!)

$80,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
