Responsibilities
- Complete the New Agent Launch Program
Participate in our comprehensive 86-day program designed to equip you with the essential skills to thrive as a Realtor in today's market. On average, agents close or have pending 3.4 transactions during this period.
- Collaborate with sales agents to assist buyers in finding their ideal home
Enjoy the process of exploring homes daily while gaining industry knowledge and earning as a Showing Agent.
- Deliver detailed written feedback to refine clients' search preferences
Engage in our robust training program focused on effective communication, ensuring success when an agent's buyer's offer is accepted.
- Draft and negotiate offers for sales agents and clients
Gain hands-on experience in real estate through in-person training, mastering the intricacies of the field.
- Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation
This team is ideal for those committed to hard work. We provide scripts and training to guide your daily activities.
- Engage in team activities according to team standards
Join our dedicated team, participating in office activities at least three days a week. Engage in client events, script practice, calls, door knocking, and social media efforts alongside us.
- Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and partner calls
Approach this role as a career, not a hobby. We assist in creating a weekly schedule to keep you on track.
- Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
Utilize our excellent data entry system to log all your calls and appointments efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid REAL ESTATE License

Compensation
$30,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
