As a Showing Assistant, you will collaborate closely with sales agents, guiding clients on property tours, providing thorough feedback, and honing your negotiation skills. If you are a motivated, client-oriented individual with a real estate license and a passion for growth, we provide the training and support necessary for your success.

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
    Kickstart or jumpstart your career in real estate with a blast! Our dynamic 86-day program is finely tuned to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive as a successful REALTOR in today's competitive market. On average, our agents close and pend 3.4 transactions during this intensive period.
  • Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
    Dive into the exciting world of real estate, working closely with seasoned sales agents to help clients find their dream homes. Who wouldn't enjoy spending their days touring beautiful houses? Become a true student of the game and master the intricacies of the industry while earning as a Showing Agent.
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
    Our comprehensive training program emphasizes effective communication, because when our agents succeed, we all celebrate the victory together!
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
    Get hands-on experience writing and negotiating offers alongside experienced agents. There's no better way to learn the ropes of real estate and negotiation than through immersive, in-person training.
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
    Be ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into hard work. This team is for those who are committed to showing up and giving their best every day. We provide all the scripts and training you need, so you'll always know exactly what to say and do.
  • Participate in daily power up and script practice per team standards
    We show up daily to jumpstart our workday and set the tone for success and keep our skills sharp.
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
    Team activities are a regular part of our culture, from client events to social media engagement. We believe in a strong work ethic and collective effort, with all our agents working full-time and showing up at the office three or more days a week.
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
    Expect personalized support and guidance with weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, trainings, and partner calls. We're invested in your success and will help you build a structured weekly calendar to keep you on track.
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
    Our system ensures that you stay organized and focused on your goals, with every call, appointment, and task accounted for.

Compensation

$30,000 - $55,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
