Responsibilities
- Successfully finish the PLACE New Agent Launch program
- Support sales agents in guiding clients to discover their perfect homes
- Provide comprehensive, written feedback to fine-tune clients' home search parameters
- Commit a minimum of 10 hours weekly to lead generation activities
- Participate in weekly script practice sessions as required by the team
- Take part in team events in line with team standards
- Attend weekly coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
- Utilize our Technology to monitor tasks and activities
Qualifications

- At ease with extensive driving
- Proficient in identifying clients' needs and pairing them with suitable properties
- Enthusiastic about learning and personal development
- Driven with a history of achievements
- Possess a high school diploma
- Hold a valid real estate license
- Works well in a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Eager to learn and grow
- Excellent at managing time
Compensation
$50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
