• Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch training program
• Assist sales agents in helping clients find their ideal homes
• Offer detailed, written feedback to help clients refine their search criteria
• Draft and negotiate offers for sales agents and their clients
• Dedicate at least 10 hours a week to lead generation
• Join in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines
• Engage in team activities according to team standards
• Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
• Log tasks and activities using PLACE Technology

• Real estate license
• Excellent people skills and a knack for building relationships

$40,000 - $70,000 USD Yearly
