Responsibilities

  • Preparation: Arrive ahead of time to arrange marketing materials, ensure the property is immaculate, and establish a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Welcoming Guests: Greet visitors warmly, provide them with information, and guide them through the property.
  • Property Tour: Emphasize key features, respond to inquiries, and discuss the surrounding neighborhood.
  • Collecting Feedback: Record visitor feedback and impressions.
  • Follow-Up: Reach out to interested parties after the event.
  • Guide clients towards a successful closing.
  • Offer detailed, written feedback to help refine or confirm clients' search criteria.
  • Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of clients.
  • Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation.
  • Engage in weekly script practice as per team standards.
  • Participate in team activities according to team standards.
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls.
  • Track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.

Qualifications

Must have Real Estate License. You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships. You have a compelling desire to support others, while being committed to your growth in real estate and leadership skills.

Compensation

$90,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
