• Graduate our Buyer Agent Mastery and Admin Mastery programs provided by Workman Success, leader in real estate training.
• Clock in Mon. - Fri. from 8:30AM office huddle, 9:30AM -11:30 Lead Generation 5-5-5-5 model, work Sphere, pick listings for clients to schedule showings, and Open Houses, appointments, Networking, Showing houses, or flex time in the Afternoon.
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes and provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria to the Lead Agent via Brivity.
• Attend or conduct Buying Consultation, attend all the walks with client, inspection appointment, appraisal appointment and closing when required.
• Research the listing, and prepare CMA, report, offer, inspection repair proposal for the Lead Agent.
• Complete assigned tasks on Brivity and track tasks and activities in Brivity daily basic.
• Commit to weekly pipeline reports and conduct WMY Plan with an accountability partner.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.

$45,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
