Responsibilities

  • Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation activities.
  • Engage in weekly script practice sessions in line with team standards.
  • Take part in team events and activities as per team guidelines.
  • Utilize Brivity Technology to monitor and record tasks and activities.
  • Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and clients.
  • Enhance your understanding of the real estate market, industry practices, and new trends through ongoing training and professional development.
  • Organize and schedule property viewing appointments, ensuring tours are efficient and well-coordinated.
  • Escort clients to property showings, providing pertinent information and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional attitude when dealing with clients, building strong, positive relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with agents and team members to ensure effective communication and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation

$80,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
