• Conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
• Coordinate with clients to schedule showings, taking into account their availability and preferences.
• Assist in staging properties to highlight their best features and appeal to potential buyers.
• Provide detailed property information and answer any questions clients may have during showings.
• Gather client feedback after showings and communicate it to the lead agent for follow-up.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market, including current listings and market trends.
• Ensure properties are secure after showings by locking doors and setting alarms as necessary.

• Valid Real Estate License in the state of New York
• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or a related field
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market in Massapequa and surrounding areas
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using real estate software and CRM systems
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs, including evenings and weekends
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• High level of integrity and commitment to client confidentiality

$50,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
