Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
- Consult with buyers, execute buyer agreements, and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated and community minded sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. You are highly effective and experienced working with diverse communities and you strongly value racial equity and queer and trans inclusion. Prospecting and lead generation are strength zones for you. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
- REAL ESTATE LICENSE
- 1+ years of real estate sales experience (must be licensed)
- People-oriented
- Driven
- Positive, happy attitude
- Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
- Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
- Learning based & welcomes coaching
- Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
- Excellent time management skills
Compensation
$50,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
