In this role, you will manage property listings, conduct market analyses, and assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Your expertise will be vital in navigating clients through the complexities of the real estate market, ensuring they make informed decisions. • Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

You MUST have a valid Illinois Real Estate license to start the position. This is COMMISSION BASED ONLY, NOT A PAID POSITION!

$40,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
