This position is primarily focused on outbound sales. Your key responsibilities will include:
- đź“ž Cold Calling: Generate leads and secure deals.
- 🚪 Door Knocking: Directly engage with potential clients.
- 🏡 Hosting Open Houses: Facilitate face-to-face interactions.
- 🤝 Building Relationships: Cultivate connections through direct, in-person sales.

Responsibilities
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation
$40,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
