This role emphasizes outbound sales, which involves:

  • 📞 Making cold calls to generate leads and close deals.
  • 🚪 Engaging in door-to-door interactions to connect with potential clients.
  • 🏡 Hosting open houses to facilitate face-to-face meetings.
  • 🤝 Building relationships through direct, in-person sales efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation

$40,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
