Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
  • Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding suitable homes
  • Deliver comprehensive written feedback to validate or adjust clients' search criteria
  • Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
  • Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation activities
  • Engage in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team standards
  • Take part in team activities as outlined by team standards
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
  • Monitor and record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology

Compensation

$25,000 - $45,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
