• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings to potential buyers.
• Lead generate and learn how to elevate your conversations with your sphere of influence to bring value
• Track and report in our cutting edge CRM to know your conversion and contact ratios
• Learn prospecting rhythms and setting up your calendar for success with the right lead generating activities
• Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and closing statements on behalf of clients.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide informed advice.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts, including mortgage lenders, contractors, and inspectors.
• Utilize marketing strategies and tools to promote properties and attract potential clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with high emotional intelligence, competitive spirit and willing to do what it takes to succeed to meet your sales goals. You are excellent at building rapport, delivering service, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting, hunting for opportunities and lead generation are your strength zones. You are a problem solver, can overcoming objections naturally and enjoy serving the client. You are a strong communicator, following through is a non-negotiable and you have a winning attitude to help the clients to the finish line.

$100,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
