Responsibilities
- It is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires a strong commitment to providing excellent service to clients.
- Guiding clients to homes and providing written feedback to refine their search criteria requires a good understanding of the local real estate market and the ability to effectively communicate with clients.
- Writing and negotiating offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Weekly scripts practice and team activities are opportunities to build your skills and knowledge, as well as to collaborate with colleagues.
- Weekly 1:1 coaching session, Hangouts and Partner Calls provide a structured opportunity for feedback, guidance, and support from more experienced professionals.

Compensation
$145,000 - $160,000 USD Yearly
