• Shadowing/Training - Engage in training, role-playing, and showcasing top industry practices under the guidance of an experienced agent.
• Lead Generation - Implement our Chase Group lead generation strategies weekly to enhance your skills in attracting potential clients.
• Open Houses - Utilize your friendly demeanor and our effective support to host open houses that draw in prospective buyers and sellers.
• Communication - Master and apply relationship-building techniques to transform conversations into meaningful appointments.
• Script Training - Participate in weekly script practice sessions to refine your skills within a collaborative learning environment.
• Teamwork - Engage in dynamic team activities that build a strong sense of camaraderie and inclusion.
• Coaching/Training - Benefit from weekly one-on-one coaching, interactive training sessions, and Partner Calls to share insights and learn from peers.
• Consultation - Employ proven systems and technology to expertly guide buyers through the home purchasing process with confidence.
• Home Selection - Identify properties that align with clients' needs and secure signed buyer agreements to help them find their ideal home.
• Negotiation - Use established scripts and techniques to negotiate offers, achieving win-win outcomes that surpass client expectations.
• Done For You - Leverage our support team to handle 75% of the tasks typically required of a Buyer's Agent, streamlining the transaction process.
