Join Keller Williams in Plano as a Showing Assistant, supporting clients in finding their ideal homes. Work alongside experienced agents, gain industry knowledge, and build strong client relationships. • Assist lead agents by showing homes to prospective buyers and renters.
• Conduct open houses and other events to showcase properties.
• Provide clients with information about the local housing market and neighborhoods.
• Coordinate with clients to schedule property viewings and follow up on inquiries.
• Ensure properties are in excellent condition for showings, including staging and minor maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and feedback on property showings.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property showings in the company database.

• Active Real Estate License: Must hold a valid real estate license in the state of Texas.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Customer Service Oriented: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build client relationships.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using real estate software and technology, including MLS systems and CRM platforms.
• Reliable Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and support the lead agent.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of identifying issues and providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
• Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Plano area and surrounding neighborhoods is preferred.

$50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly
