• Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program.
• Work closely with sales agents to help clients discover their ideal homes.
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or revise clients' home search criteria.
• Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and clients.
• Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation activities.
• Attend weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines.
• Engage in team activities following team standards.
• Participate in weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls.
• Log tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.
