Your Opportunity
As a Showing Partner, your primary role is to support our agents by showing homes to prospective buyers and delivering an exceptional client experience. You’ll be the boots on the ground — opening doors, gathering feedback, and helping clients navigate the home search process with confidence and care. You’ll also assist in writing offers and contracts under the guidance of the lead agent, gaining valuable experience. This position is ideal for a licensed agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working with people, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in real estate. Responsibilities
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
Ensures clients receive timely, knowledgeable support during their home search, building trust and momentum in the buying process. - Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
Helps the team fine-tune property recommendations and improve the client experience by staying aligned with buyer needs. - Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
Speeds up the transaction process and gives clients a competitive edge, while allowing the sales agent to focus on high-level strategy and lead generation. - Participate in team activities per team standards
Fosters collaboration, accountability, and professional growth through shared knowledge and culture-building. - Track tasks and activities utilizing company technology
Keeps progress visible, ensures accountability, and allows the team to monitor performance and client engagement in real-time.

- Active Real Estate License (or ability to obtain prior to start)

Compensation
$25.00 - $50.00 USD Hourly
