Additionally, candidates should be proficient with MAC computers and comfortable making phone calls.

• Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
• Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding suitable homes
• Deliver comprehensive written feedback to validate or adjust clients' search preferences
• Draft and negotiate offers for the sales agent and clients
• Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation
• Actively engage in weekly script practice sessions in line with team standards
• Actively participate in team activities according to team standards
• Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology

• Excels in interpersonal communication and adept at cultivating and maintaining professional relationships
• Enthusiastic about helping others and committed to personal development in real estate and leadership
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Positive and friendly attitude
• At ease with frequent travel
• Proficient in evaluating clients' needs and preferences to identify ideal properties
• Dedicated to ongoing education

• High school diploma required
• Possess an active real estate license or currently pursuing real estate coursework
