Your role will involve:
- Assisting clients in buying and selling properties.
- Conducting market research to determine competitive market prices.
- Guiding clients through property tours, negotiations, and the closing process.
- Building and maintaining a network of clients and industry professionals.
- Staying informed about real estate laws, market trends, and best practices.

Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
- Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding suitable homes
- Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to validate or adjust clients' search criteria
- Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and clients
- Dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week to lead generation
- Engage in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team standards
- Actively participate in team activities as per team guidelines
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls
- Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
Qualifications
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for engaging with individuals and fostering professional relationships.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Maintains a positive and cheerful demeanor.
- Willingness to spend significant time traveling by car.
- Proficient in assessing clients' needs and preferences to identify suitable properties.
- Dedicated to continuous learning and development.
- Ambitious with a track record of success.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Possession of or willingness to attain a valid real estate license.
Compensation
$100,000 - $175,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
