• Manage and streamline systems for internal communication, team scheduling, social media, office management, client interaction, team retention, onboarding, and referrals.
• Aid in enhancing and refining systems for customer service, lead generation, and agent recruitment.
• Keep the operations manual current for systems and standards not included in Brivity.
• Notify team leaders of any problems and help in resolving them.
• Engage in weekly coaching sessions and training programs.
• Familiarize yourself with PLACE Technology.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in operations
• Excellent organizational abilities and keen attention to detail
• Proactive leader who consistently exceeds expectations
• Proficient in time and resource management for both leaders and team members
• True team player with a strong sense of accountability
• Communicates clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Innovative problem solver, adept at creating and adhering to processes
• Proficient with Google Apps for Business

$15,000 - $20,000 USD Yearly
