We are seeking top-tier real estate agents who aspire to be among the top 10% of sales agents in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Responsibilities

  • Graduate from our Immersion Week BEFORE launching on our team to ensure you're willing to put in the work
  • Graduate from our NEW AGENT or EXPERIENCED AGENT LAUNCH program to ensure you're trained up on our systems and models to make $150k+ per year like clockwork
  • Participate in our morning POWER-UP's at 8:30a each morning Mon-Thur for ongoing weekly training that is relevant to being a top agent
  • Participate in our company-wide PARTNER CALL each Friday at 10am for weekly motivation, market training, and role-outs to keep you at the cutting edge of our industry
  • Participate in our monthly INVENTORY CREATION DAY's to find new seller clients
  • Participate in our monthly CALL NIGHT's to find new buyer clients
  • Daily script & dialogue practice to make converting clients easier and more efficient
  • Work our database of 30k+ leads daily to keep your pipeline full of clients ready to close in 30, 60, 90 days out
  • Hold weekly Open Houses to drive ready-to-go homebuyers into your sales pipeline

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation

$167,400 - $251,100 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
