In this position, you will be responsible for managing property listings, performing market analyses, and assisting clients in finding their ideal homes. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience. If you possess excellent communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a deep understanding of the real estate market, we want to hear from you. • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week

This is ONLY the team for you if you plan to show up and work hard. We will give you all the scripts and training so you know exactly what to say/do each day!

• Participate in team activities per team standards

We have a great work ethic on our team and we all show up 3 or more days a week to the office. All of our agents are full time. We do client events, script practice, dialing, door knocking and social media. You get to do all this with us!

• Commit to weekly 1:1 Coaching Session, Training and Partner Call

We treat this job like a career and not a hobby. We will help you create a weekly calendar so you always know what to do.

• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

We have an amazing data entry system for you to track all your calls/appointments.
