Responsibilities
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your clients
- Conduct open houses
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice
- Participate in team activities
- Commit to weekly coaching sessions, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
Qualifications
- Agents on our team are self-motivated, accountable, results-oriented, and coachable
- Real Estate license required
- Smart, resourceful, and believe in Win-Win or No Deal
- Agents who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thrive in a team
Compensation
$80,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
